Hammer Union Seals for Cold Weather Applications
|
|
DMR Hammer Union Seals are available in a range of configurations and materials to match the specific performance requirements of your demanding operating environments. For Canadian cold weather applications both our NBR and HNBR elastomers are low temperature rated to -50°C. For applications requiring extrusion resistance our NBR seals are available with a Brass reinforcing rings and both HNBR and Viton Hammer Unions Seals are available with Stainless Steel reinforcing rings. The hammer union seals provide positive sealing with minimum torque. The seal snap-fits into a detent within the hub to prevent its loss. Hammer union seals are available for 1 in. to 4 in. line pipe sizes.

Large O-Ring Inventory for the Oil & Gas Industry

Hydrogenated Acrylonitrile Butadiene (HNBR), also known as Highly Saturated Nitrile (HSN) is superior to NBR in low brittle temperature, heat, oil, oil additive and sour oil resistance, and is far more resistant to sour gasoline and ozone than NBR. Kalrez® 0090 perfluoroelastomer parts deliver durable, reliable sealing solutions for applications requiring excellent rapid gas decompression (RGD) properties as well as high hardness and high modulus properties. Other o-ring materials that have served oil & gas applications as well include: GLT, GFLT, FKM, and NBR. For applications requiring non-standard o-ring diameters Daemar has a dedicated custom o-ring manufacturing facility.

Custom Flange Protection
|

Used in applications to cover the full face of the flange and to protect the sealing surface. DMR flange protectors are manufactured in a range of materials including: Corrugated plastic, HDPE plastic, MDF or Plywood. Custom profile shapes can be cut to the flange OD for your specific application, while still using the same bolt centre holes as standard flange protectors. We offer a complete range of sizes 1/2” thru 42” and flange protectors can be cut to match any API Specification Pressure Class size from 150 lbs. to 20,000 lbs. Most standard sizes are in inventory.

CNC Custom Machined Seals
|

With state-of-the-art rapid-production CNC machinery, Daemar offers the capability of designing and manufacturing fully computer-designed Seals including: spring energized seals, t-seals, vee packing, PEEK and PTFE Back Up rings, U-cups, and customer profiles (CNC), and diameters starting from 1/4” (6 mm). Materials include: Nylon 6PA, PEEK, Hytrel, UHMW PE, Urethane, NBR 85, EPDM 85, PTFE, PTFE-Bronze, PTFE-GL/Moly. Seal designs can be modified to your specific application quickly and precisely including changes in lip design, seal clearances and interferences as well as other key dimensions.
