Custom Flange Protection
Protect the full face of the flange and the sealing surface from environmental factors that can cause corrosion. DMR flange protectors are manufactured in a range of materials including: Corrugated plastic, HDPE plastic, MDF or Plywood. Custom profile shapes can be cut to the flange OD for your specific application, while still using the same bolt centre holes as standard flange protectors. We offer a complete range of sizes 1/2” thru 42” and flange protectors can be cut to match any API Specification Pressure Class size from 150 lbs. to 20,000 lbs. Most standard sizes are in inventory.
