The RSE system’s linear profile uses a smaller footprint and as seen with previous retraction systems, it also reduces the length and unnecessary bending of cables. The profile is ideal for a variety of applications such as: welding, material handling, vision and high bend radius applications like riveting, flow drilling and laser welding.
The RSE linear is available in two sizes. The larger system has 490mm of retraction and can be used with Triflex R® TRE/TRC in sizes 60 -100 as well as Triflex R® TRCF in sizes 65, 85 & 100. The smaller linear system has just under 300mm of retraction and can be used with Triflex R® TRE/TRC in sizes 40, 50 & 60. This compact system is lightweight, at 2.2kg, making it an ideal choice for smaller, low payload robots.

- High debris environments (Use the RS system instead)
- Overhead applications with the robot arm in the vertical down position (Use the RSP System instead)
- Not available in sizes 30 and 125
