Engineers are at the forefront of new technologies, so it makes sense that there are so many in green jobs. According to ECO Canada’s latest research, there is a growing demand for skilled workers. In fact, in 2020 alone, the environmental sector grew by 5% and 100,000 job openings are expected over the next five years - this is where ECO Canada’s wage funding comes in to support companies hiring young talent.
