Compact Splicing Connectors for Extreme Applications

WAGO's 221 Series for hazardous locations has all the features from the original 221, now for extreme and hazardous applications. The mounting carrier, which can be either clamped onto a mounting rail or screwed tightly to any smooth surface, is what makes the 221 essential for safety.

Features:
   • Easy, fast and reliable connection technology for products in hazardous locations
   • Connect solid, stranded and fine-stranded conductors; 24 - 12 AWG
   • Connectors obtain AEx (Class 1, Zone 1) rating when used with the mounting carrier
   • Rated up to 440 V with spacing between adjacent connectors in the mounting carrier;
     rated 275 V without spacing
