WAGO's 221 Series for hazardous locations has all the features from the original 221, now for extreme and hazardous applications. The mounting carrier, which can be either clamped onto a mounting rail or screwed tightly to any smooth surface, is what makes the 221 essential for safety.

• Connectors obtain AEx (Class 1, Zone 1) rating when used with the
mounting carrier
• Rated up to 440 V with spacing between adjacent connectors in the
mounting carrier; rated 275 V without spacing
