Will Guelph Hydro merge with Alectra?

The City of Guelph (Ontario) says “after more than a year of gathering community input, conducting industry research and performing in-depth financial analysis”, it will begin merger negotiations between Guelph Hydro Electric Systems and Alectra Inc.
