Quebec-based manufacturer reps Desdowd Inc. and Theovine have made an agreement to merge into one organization called “Desdowd”. “This merger will allow us to offer more services and unequalled coverage of the Quebec territory—as well as the Ottawa region—with our 32 employees,” said the merged company’s shareholders.

The second annual Greenlee Experience recently came to fruition as the company welcomed the winning electricians of an all-expenses-paid, three-day trip at one of its manufacturing facilities. From Canada, Greenlee welcomed: Josh Vincent, Laura Wood, Mathieu Julien, and Nick Servette. The trip included VIP professional and networking experiences, including an opportunity to shape future tool development.

Hydro One Networks Inc. was recognized with an Emergency Response Award from the Edison Electric Institute for its restoration efforts during Winter Storm Elliot, which pounded Canada and the United States in December 2022. “Hydro One crews and support teams cancelled their holiday plans and worked through treacherous conditions to be there for our customers when they needed us the most,” said Teri French.
