The Building Owners & Managers Association of Canada revealed the first buildings to be certified under the BOMA BEST Smart Buildings Certification pilot program: Ivanhoé Cambridge, QuadReal Property Group, and GWL Realty Advisors. “Back in 2017, when we were investigating smart technology, we discovered there was no one doing this in the multi-residential sector.
