At the start of the month, we informed you of Enel X Way North America’s decision to close its electric mobility business in the U.S. and Canada, effective October 11, 2024. Ledvance has been the exclusive licensing partner for the Osram and Sylvania brands in the field of general lighting lamps since 2016. The success of this partnership has led to the early extension and expansion of the licensing agreement for the Osram brand while the license for the Sylvania trademark in Canada and the U.S. remains in force.
