Multiple organizations across Canada will share $18.6 million in Zero Emission Vehicle Infrastructure Program funding to install 1600 Level 2 and 3 electric vehicle chargers. Allotments range from $9.4M for two projects that will install 126 chargers across British Columbia, Ontario, and Quebec to $10K for the installation of seven chargers in the Greater Toronto Area.

The total value of building permits in Canada increased by $1.3 billion (+11.5%) to $13.0 billion in September. Ontario led the way with a significant increase of $1.2 billion (+25.0%) in construction intentions, reaching $5.9 billion while driving gains in both the non-residential and residential sectors.
