FCM and NRCan launch retrofit initiative with $167-MIL

The Federation of Canadian Municipalities and NRCan launched the Community Buildings Retrofit initiative to help communities—regardless of size—“overcome the barriers of limited budgets and expertise” when undertaking GHG-reduction projects.
