The Government of Manitoba’s “Manitoba Affordable Energy Plan” outlines measures for keeping energy rates low. Efficiency Manitoba will expand its scope of initiatives to provide a wider range of programs and incentives that enhance energy affordability. The province says it is also committed to adopting a higher tier of energy efficiency in the building and energy codes.
