Diverso provides geothermal to select Mattamy residential developments

Leveraging Diverso’s energy-as-a-service geothermal model, select Mattamy homes—single-family homes, townhouses, and multi-family mid-rises and high-rises—will feature fully electrified, emissions-free heating and cooling. “We’ve taken what was once a niche, custom energy solution and integrated it into our mainstream production model over the past several years,” said Mattamy Homes Canada CEO Brad Carr.


FortisBC completes deep energy retrofit of Manor House in North Vancouver

FortisBC Energy Inc., Pembina Institute, Metro Vancouver Housing and local government officials celebrated the completion of a deep energy retrofit of a multi-unit residential building in North Vancouver, which was designed to help lower gas use, energy costs, and associated emissions while making the spaces more comfortable for residents.
