Mitel signs MoU with Toshiba to transfer unified communications systems assets

Mitel, Ottawa-based leader of enterprise communications, confirmed it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to transfer certain assets and support obligations, including existing inventory, from Toshiba Corporation to Mitel.
