Everlast Group acquires Alberta Vinyl Windows & Doors

The Everlast Group has announced it has acquired Alberta Vinyl Windows & Doors (AVWD), a Calgary, Alberta based manufacturer of vinyl windows and entrance doors. The acquisition helps to support Everlast’s planned expansion into the Western Canadian and U.S. markets.
