Ontario investing $4 million in new programs to support current and future construction workers

The Ontario government is investing over $4 million in six projects to support current and future construction workers across the province. These Provincial Building and Construction Trades Council of Ontario projects will promote the trades, train future workers and ensure that current workers have the right tools and mental health supports they need.

FGIA releases new technical manual for IG units

The Fenestration and Glazing Industry Alliance (FGIA) has released a new technical manual providing generic design considerations for cavity compensation for insulating glass (IG) units and determining conditions which impact the pressure in the IG unit cavity. IGMA TM 3200-21, Design Considerations for IG Unit Cavity Pressure Compensation, is FGIA’s newest technical manual.
