Group Fire Department Health & Dental Benefits.CVIS, Inc. partnered with Equitable Life of Canada to provide its VFIS clients with competitive Group Life coverage.For those members who have implemented this coverage, we now offer your firefighters a Group Health & Dental Plan. The following Coverage is 100% mandatory participation and all rates have been set without any additional medical information being provided. Coverage terminates when leaving FD or at age 70. A two year Survivor Benefit is included. Benefits for Eligible Dependent Child/ren terminate at age 21. Dependent Child/ren in full-time attendance at school are covered up to age 25.
