The HD&M Program is a breakthrough in benefits to which any fire department can afford. One set premium per person can be paid either annually or on a monthly basis via an easy to use On-Line administration vehicle. No Medicals nor Census required to implement this program. The HD&M Program is mandatory for all members of the fire department and will cover them regardless of their health situation. For those lucky firefighters who already have a Primary Health & Dental program with their Full-time Employer's plan or Spouse's plan, this will become supplemental for them picking up any extra costs their primary plan leaves behind.
