The 5,000-pound trailer is solar powered and designed to enhance Fire Smart community events, coming equipped with an awning, guides and manuals, FireSmart promotional items, equipment for on-site presentations and more.


Can-Am Police-Fire Games kick off July 15

The 2024 Can-Am Police-Fire Games, this year hosted in venues across Butler County, Pa., will run from July 15 to 21. The registration deadline for the games is Monday, June 24.


Yukon forecast shows return to ‘normal’ wildfire season after busy 2023: officials

Yukon Wildland Fire Management’s chief meteorologist Michael Smith said that damp ground and a significant snowpack mean a return to a more “normal” season where the territory sees around 100 fires, burning mostly in remote wilderness.
