Puratos USA introduces Intens Puraslim, a bread improver that is expected to reduce up to 50 per cent of in-dough solid fat in sweet bread and pastry recipes. Intens Puraslim can be added to doughs that have a minimum fat of 10 per cent, such as cinnamon rolls, danish, brioche, tortillas and conchas.
