The Agricultural Retailers Association has named Simplot Grower Solutions as its 2018 Retailer of the Year.

Produce prices expected to increase in 2019

The average Canadian family can expect to spend $411 more on food in 2019, bringing their total yearly grocery bill to $12,157 due to more expensive fruit and vegetables, according to Canada’s Food Price Report.

Funding to support DON testing in corn

As part of a strategic initiative to assist Ontario’s farmers with high levels of DON (vomitoxin) contamination in this year’s corn crop, the Ontario Soil and Crop Improvement Association is releasing new cost-share opportunities to support DON testing.
