Greenhouse Supervisors Can Play a Pivotal Role Supporting Health & Safety Culture

Looking to make the greenhouse a safer place? This webinar will focus on the role supervisors play in supporting a culture of health and safety in the greenhouse. Speakers will explore the relationship between supervisors and workers and how they together can foster safer working environments.

This webinar will build on a root cause analysis in greenhouses conducted via the Greenhouse Risk Assessment Project - a multi-year initiative undertaken by the Ontario Ministry of Labour, Training and Skills Development in coordination with Workplace Safety & Prevention Services and greenhouse industry stakeholders.
