Long-time greenhouse specialist retires

After 28 years as Ontario’s greenhouse vegetable specialist, Shalin Khosla has retired from his post with the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs (OMAFRA).


Alberta greenhouse rebate program opens

Applications will be accepted until January 17, 2020. The program provides an 80 per cent rebate on the carbon levy paid on eligible purchases of natural gas and propane.
