Over the past eighteen months, P.L. Light Systems has been running a series of lighting trials in partnership with JC Green, a southern Ontario-based indoor cannabis cultivator. The purpose of these ongoing trials is to gain an evidence-based understanding between cannabis cultivation, light intensity, and light spectrum.


Presia Ag Insights launched to support regenerative agricultural practices

McCain Food has launched its newly formed business unit, Presia Ag Insights. The unit, based in Ontario and Eastern Canada, is comprised primarily of data scientists and software developers and aims to help farmers and crop-sourcing partners better evaluate and predict crop yields, optimize harvest timing and enhance on-farm sustainability practices.
