The Statutory Review of the Cannabis Act comes at a critical time for Canada’s cannabis legalization effort. The successes of legalization hang in the balance as the future of Canada’s legal cannabis industry is threatened by unrelenting price compression, withering profit margins, and unbridled competition from the illicit market.

The Cannabis Council of Canada has partnered with Grow Opportunity on the “Statutory Review Roundtable Series”. The series will explore the many challenges facing legal cannabis and engage participants in the development of solutions that will underpin the development of C3’s “key asks” of the Statutory Review.
