Industry observers say there are so many cannabis assets available to buy right now because, while demand for cannabis is high, many companies have misjudged what consumers want and are cutting products and pivoting their businesses toward items more likely to fly off shelves.


Tilray pushes for more market share after reporting $6M net income

Blair MacNeil, president of the cannabis company’s Canadian business, said that 157 new pot brands were launched in the country in the last year and pricing across the market has dropped by 22.6 per cent, while Tilray has only shaved 1.7 per cent off prices.
