A message from Ground Water Canada

The Footprint – A discussion on the awareness of the footprint left during drilling for domestic water wells or dewatering wells is a new podcast series exploring current practices and potential best practices for handling waste material on the drilling site. In three talks designed for quick listening – wherever you are – we’ll look at current and expected legislation relating to single-use plastics and other materials. We’ll also consider what may be done from the contractor’s perspective to reduce carbon footprint.

In episode 1, Ground Water Canada editor Colleen Cross and Mike Hare, Sales and Marketing Manager for CanPipe, share results of our contractor survey, lay out the issues of concern and summarize government legislation that will impact the groundwater industry.

The three-part series is featured on Ground Water Canada: The Podcast and sponsored by Canadian Pipe & Pump Supply Inc. – “We manufacture and supply a full complement of drilling, environmental and geotechnical products that make it easy for our customers to one-stop shop at our four locations in Ontario.
