The Solinst 105 Well Casing & Depth Indicator detects metal well casing and measures total well depth using one probe. A strong magnetic assembly in the probe detects well casing, while a base plunger assembly measures well depth. It is ideal during well construction, for determining where metal casing starts and ends in existing installations, and installing packers. Measurements are read from durable laser marked tape, in standard lengths up to 600 m (2000 ft).
