Oil and gas drilling forecast to increase in 2017

Prince Edward Island's Green Party is calling for a moratorium on any proposal to use P.E.I. ground water for bottling purposes. The announcement follows a proposal by Pure Island Water to open a water bottling plant in Brookvale. The Charlottetown Guardian reports.
