Ontario to streamline apprenticeship through new Skilled Trades Ontario that replaces OCOT

The Ontario government is introducing new measures to help tradespeople get their certification from one reliable destination through a new Crown agency, Skilled Trades Ontario, that would replace the Ontario College of Trades.

U.S. Senate passes water infrastructure bill

The U.S Senate passed Senate Bill 914 in a vote of 89-2 on April 29 that would authorize more than $35 billion in funding to improve water infrastructure and drinking water safety. The National Ground Water Association reports.
