Airbus SE has appointed Bruno Even, 49, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Airbus Helicopters, effective April 1. He will report to Airbus CEO Tom Enders and join the company’s Executive Committee.

Robinson has added wire strike protection provisions to its R66 options list. Available only on R66 helicopters, the provisions are FAA certified and allow for easy, bolt-on installation of Magellan’s WSPS (Wire Strike Protection System) sold separately by Magellan Aerospace, Winnipeg, Canada.
