Criticism for Alaska hatchery salmon

The Kenai River Sportfishing Association and other groups have raised concerns over the negative impacts from interactions between wild salmon and fish from Alaskan salmon hatcheries, in light of “the sheer magnitude of hatchery pink salmon releases in the Gulf of Alaska.”
