DFO rule change to result in culling of 3 million fish: Mowi

Some three million salmon at Mowi Canada West’s hatcheries may now be destined for slaughter following a “sudden change” in permitting imposed by Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO), according to a statement from Mowi Canada West.
