Japanese research uses green light to grow flatfish 60% faster

Kitasato University in Tokyo, Japan has developed a “light farming” technique that makes flatfish varieties, like halibut and flounder, grow 60 per cent faster. They theorized that green is the colour that most readily reaches the fish’s seafloor habitat.


BactiQuant anti-fungal solution for RAS

BactiQuant has introduced a new product to tackle and prevent fungal contamination in recirculating aquaculture systems (RAS), hatcheries and aquatic feed production.
