Study shows improved nitrogen removal in saltwater RAS using halotolerant bacteria

Researchers at China's Dalian Ocean University have developed a halotolerant bacterial bioagent for saline aquaculture wastewater treatment. Halotolerant organisms are able to survive and grow in a high-salt environment.
