Columbia River hatcheries face third lawsuit from environmental groups

Wild Fish Conservancy and The Conservation Angler filed a federal lawsuit Nov. 21 accusing NOAA Fisheries of failing to protect wild salmon and steelhead in the Columbia River Basin.
