EXAIR's Gen4 Super Ion Air Knife removes static electricity from plastics, webs, sheet stock and other product surfaces where a static charge can build up, causing tearing, jamming or shocks that can be hazardous to personnel. The Super Ion Air Knife uses a small amount of compressed air to produce a powerful, laminar sheet of ionized air that sweeps surfaces clean of static, particulates, dust and dirt up to 20 feet (6.1m) away. Production speeds, product quality, and surface cleanliness can improve dramatically. It is also engineered to generate low noise and prevent dead-ending.
