EXAIR's Hazardous Location Cabinet Cooler® Systems are specifically designed to cool control panel cabinets that are purged and pressurized to operate in hazardous environments. HazLoc Cabinet Coolers require only a small amount of compressed air to maintain a constant temperature in NEMA 4 or NEMA 4X enclosures. Since they are constructed of sturdy aluminum (316 stainless steel also available) and have no moving parts, they are very reliable. HazLoc Cabinet Coolers were rigorously tested by UL, are UL Classified, and are approved for use in most Class I, II, and III hazardous environments (see exair.com for a complete list of Classes).

EXAIR's new EasySwitch™ Wet-Dry Vac is a powerful compressed air powered vacuum that is engineered to make it simple to switch between wet and dry cleanups. Its patent pending system allows you to quickly switch filter types when switching from vacuuming a dry material to a liquid. For dry material, standard or HEPA certified filters are available.
Using only compressed air, the EasySwitch Wet-Dry Vac creates a powerful vacuum without the need for electricity. Because the EasySwitch has no moving parts and uses no electricity, there is no concern for clogged impellers or motor failure associated with using electric vacuums for liquids.

EXAIR's Cold Gun Aircoolant System™ provides a new solution to an old problem. Heat build up on dry machining operations reduces tool life and machining rates. The Cold Gun Aircoolant System produces a stream of clean, cold air at 50°F (28°C) below supply air temperature. Operation is quiet and there are no moving parts to wear out. It will remove heat to prolong tool life and increase productivity on machining operations when liquid coolants cannot be used.
The Cold Gun is a great alternative to expensive mist systems. It eliminates the costs associated with the purchase and disposal of cutting fluids and worker related health problems from breathing airborne coolants or slipping on wet floors.

Atomize Liquids for Cleaning, Cooling, and Decontamination

EXAIR's Atomizing Spray Nozzles combine compressed air and liquid to create a fine, even mist. They can be configured to create a wide range of spray patterns for a variety of uses, from creating a uniform disinfectant coating on a surface, to producing a cooling fog, to keeping a room at a set humidity. A common use is for spraying release agents to keep parts from sticking in a mold, speeding up production and reducing scrap rates.
