New Products!

The patented Intellistat® Ion Air Gun produces ionized compressed air to neutralize static and remove troublesome particulates during clean processes, test procedures and sensitive assembly work. With a +/-30 volt balance the Intellistat was designed to use minimal compressed air while delivering precise blow-off and exceptional static decay rates capable of reducing 1000 volts to less than 100 in under one second. A low voltage transformer converting 120V or 240V to 24V assures electrical safety, while EXAIR’s engineered air nozzle meet OSHA compressed air standards.

EXAIR’s patent-pending EasySwitch® Wet-Dry Vac simplifies the filter change process when switching from vacuuming a dry material to a liquid or vice versa. Utilizing minimal compressed air, the EasySwitch is a powerful pneumatic vacuum that is ideal for any application - wet, dry, light and heavy. The EasySwitch is designed to handle the toughest of industrial cleanup jobs with ease. With EXAIR’s patent pending design, the EasySwitch vacuum uses a standard or HEPA certified filter when vacuuming dry material. The fast and simple conversion to vacuuming liquids is done by releasing one latch and simply removing the filter element.

EXAIR’s FullStream™ Liquid Atomizing Nozzles, with a full cone spray pattern, are among the most common type of spray nozzles. The 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 NPT full cone spray nozzles are applied to solve cooling, cleaning, washing, rinsing and dust suppression applications throughout industry. Their design is vaneless, which creates wide open internal features to resist clogging and can work well with liquids containing particulate. They produce a uniform distribution in a full cone round pattern. Their right-angle design is compact and operates up to 250 PSIG liquid pressure. Adjustment of the liquid flow rate is done by varying liquid pressure.

EXAIR’s 1/4 NPT HollowStream™ Liquid Atomizing Nozzles, with a circular ring spray pattern, are among the most common type of spray nozzles. Hollow cone spray nozzles are applied to solve cooling, cleaning, washing, rinsing and dust suppression applications throughout industry with less liquid than their full cone counterparts. Their design is vaneless, which creates wide open internal features to resist clogging and can work well with liquids containing particulate. They produce a uniform distribution in a hollow cone ring pattern. Their right-angle design is compact and operates up to 250 PSIG liquid pressure.

VariBlast® Precision Safety Air Gun is a uniquely powerful gun which produces variable force with the simple adjustment of the trigger valve. You decide how much force is needed for the application by squeezing the trigger a little or all the way for maximum force! This acetal material air gun can be equipped with many of our 1/8 NPT engineered air nozzles. The VariBlast Precision Safety Air Gun is small, comfortable and powerful while remaining light and ergonomic.
