Intellistat^® Ion Air Gun

EXAIR's handheld Intellistat Ion Air Gun is ideal for blowoff applications requiring non-conductivity such as circuit board or electronic manufacturing. It produces a stream of ionized compressed air to neutralize static and remove troublesome particulates during cleaning processes, test procedures and sensitive assembly work and is classified for use in ISO 14644-1 Class 5 cleanrooms. It is designed to use minimal compressed air while delivering precise blowoff and exceptional static decay rates capable of reducing 1000 volts to less than 100 in under one second. The Intellistat's short-throw trigger and lightweight polycarbonate frame allows for extended use without fatigue.

Gen4^® Super Ion Air Knife

EXAIR's Gen4 Super Ion Air Knife removes static electricity from plastics, webs, sheet stock and other product surfaces where a static charge can build up, causing tearing, jamming or shocks that can be hazardous to personnel. Production speeds, product quality, and surface cleanliness can improve dramatically. The Super Ion Air Knife uses a small amount of compressed air to produce a powerful, laminar sheet of ionized air that sweeps surfaces clean of static, particulates, dust and dirt up to 20 feet (6.1m) away. Design features include a metal armored high voltage cable to protect against abrasion and cuts, integrated ground connection and electromagnetic shielding. It is also engineered to generate low noise and prevent dead-ending.
