The 2023 North American Manure Expo might be in the rearview mirror, but the lessons learned at the event will last attendees a lifetime. One of the day-one tours at the event was at the EnTech digester facility outside of Madison, WI. EnTech purchased the digester in 2020 with the intention to convert the biogas digester to RNG, and to upgrade the facility to make it more valuable. Pulling in manure from three farms to its three one-million gallon digesters, EnTech produces RNG, concentrated liquid nutrients and solid digestate. It also recently added on-site EV charging capabilities.
