MOL Approved Working at Heights in Ontario Training

MOL Approved Working at Heights in Ontario Training

YOW Canada developed Ontario’s first MOL-approved blended learning Working at Heights (WAH) program. It is the most convenient and effective way to train by taking the “theory out of the classroom” and increasing time on the job!

Part 1 (theoretical) is completed online using multiple delivery methods (audio, text, video, interactive, etc.) to improve learner engagement. It takes approximately 3.5 hours to complete online at the learner's chosen pace. Part 2 (practical) training is delivered in the classroom to provide workers with the hands-on, practical experience for working safely at heights.

This comprehensive WAH program is an effective and interactive way to keep you and your employees up-to-date with Working at Heights training requirements for construction projects in Ontario.

The course covers:

  • WAH Introduction & Regulations,
  • Hazard Elimination,
  • Fall Prevention & Fall Arrest,
  • Fall Protection systems and components demonstration, use, inspection & maintenance,
  • Rescue Planning,
  • Emergency Rescue & Fall Protection Overview and
  • includes interactive exercises, tests & certificate.

Whether you’re a first time trainee or looking for refresher training, YOW Canada has you covered.
