TRAINING OPPORTUNITY
Diversity and Inclusion
to Maximize Workplace Psychological Safety

The Colbourne Institute for Inclusive Leadership at NorQuest College in partnership with the Alberta Indigenous Construction Career Centre, Women Building Futures, Artis Solutions and the Alberta Construction Safety Association, has designed workplace-relevant training for employers, safety professionals, and leaders to manage the challenges of psychological health and safety hazards such as discrimination, harassment, and bullying (based on age, gender, disability, race, language, sexual identity, among others).

In addition to a live webinar that gives participants insights into PHS and organizational inclusion, this training offers a 1.5 hour, self-paced online course called Indigenous Perspectives of Psychological Safety.

The combination of these two unique training opportunities, provides participants with new knowledge to (1) Identify specific Equity, Diversity & Inclusion efforts that increase workplace psychological health and safety and (2) Begin a reconciliation dialogue in your organization by increasing overall understanding of Indigenous perspectives of PHS.
