Shane Nider, Hand Safety Specialist for Superior Glove, has more than 17 years experience working in the Industrial Safety market, with a focus on providing PPE solutions to the Oil & Gas and Construction industry.
 
  Mike de Jong, CRSP, CHSC, P.GSC
Manager
Mike has almost 20 years of safety experience. He has been with Ledcor for 15 years working as a Safety Professional primarily in BC but has also worked across Canada and in the Caribbean. Currently, Mike is the BC Construction Division HS&E Manager and is a member of the BCCSA Prime Contractor’s Technical Advisory Committee (PCTAC). He maintains and supports the implementation of Ledcor’s Health, Safety and Environmental Program on BC Construction projects. He interacts with industry and regulatory authorities and provides direction, technical assistance, and mentorship to Ledcor staff and trade contractors.
