Tank truck manufacturer, director fined total of $680K in Ontario explosion that killed six

The incident happened at Eastway Tank, Pump, and Meter Limited’s facility in Nepean, Ont., just outside of Ottawa, in 2022. The company was fined $600,000 while the director was fined $80,000.
