A construction company in the Northwest Territories has been fined $100,000 after a worker was killed at a site outside Fort Simpson in 2020.


Satellite installation company fined $100K after worker's death

Integrated Solutions Inc. has been fined $100,000 after a worker was fatally injured while installing a satellite dish on the roof of a residence in M’Chigeeng First Nation in northeastern Ontario.


Two Windsor companies fined a total of $130K after workers injured in wall collapse

Fortis Construction Group Inc. and Vito Masonry Ltd., both of Windsor, Ont., are facing fines totalling $130,000 after a section of an unbraced masonry block wall collapsed, injuring two workers.
