Court of Appeal dismisses company's bid to overturn dashcam ruling

A B.C. Court of Appeal tribunal ruled it did not have jurisdiction to hear a forestry and construction company’s bid to overturn a B.C. Labour Relations Board decision against the use of surveillance cameras. At issue was the 2023 installation of rear-facing dash cameras in the company’s four-wheel drive pickups in Campbell River, B.C.


Ontario’s WSIB partners with CCOHS to help businesses invest in health and safety
