Sign shops across the world have utilized our vertical panel saws for processing sign making material, and we recognized the need to diversify and develop new offerings for sign makers. In 2013 we launched our Dust Free Cutters and in 2015 we introduced our Desktop Cutters. In 2018, we introduced the DFC-H5 vertical panel saw and dust free substrate cutter combination machine. Its value to sign makers was noticed immediately, receiving the Specialty Graphics Imaging Association’s, Multi-Functioning & Finishing Category Product of the year in 2018. These new products, engineered with the customer in mind, provide innovative solutions to meet the industries ever-changing needs and technological advancements in materials and printing.

Combine Two Machines with our DFC-H5 Combination Machine
The DFC-H5 include a 3.25 horsepower motor and an interchangeable saw head and interchangeable dust free substrate cutter carriage. The interchangeable saw head allows sign shops to process sign making material up to 1 ¾” thick, including multiple pieces at a time. The interchangeable substrate cutter processes a wide array of substrates including Aluminum Composite Panel (ACM), Aluminum, Polymerizing Vinyl Chloride (PVC), Foam Board, Chloroplast, and Acrylic with the interchangeable substrate cutter. It’s capabilities have not gone unnoticed, receiving the Specialty Graphics Imaging Association's highest award, the 2018 Product of the Year in the Multi-Function Finishing category. Our SR5UA ACM ACM Panel Saw and Router Combination Machine features an easily interchangeable router and saw head allowing you to cut material up to 1 ¾” thick and rout horizontally or vertically, all day long. The SR5UA allows for accurate cutting and V-Grooving of ACM (Aluminum Composite Material) panels and other standard sign making materials. Features a unique floating router with a nylon guide guaranteeing a consistent depth of cut. It also features a dust system in place to collect debris while cutting and routing. This machine comes fully loaded with accessories including a stand, wheels, MID-WAY Fence (allows you to process panes at waist level),3 Hp worm drive saw motor. 3 ¼ Hp heavy-duty router motor, among many others.
