The all-in-one Integra Digital Die Cutter by Valiani is a cutting system designed to process the thicker and more rigid materials typical of the world of signage and packaging. Equipped with a wide range of cutting tools and an optional 1kW router, the Integra performs milling, engraving, cutting and creasing with high versatility and precision on a variety of materials.
The optional 1 kW router has a maximum diameter of 6mm, and can be mounted on the machine to facilitate the processing of the most common rigid supports used in the graphic and sign industry. The Integra can process the thickest materials, including rigid PVC foam, acrylic and aluminum composite panels, dibond, forex (>1 cm thick), plexiglass, packaging of every kind, point of sale displays, vinyl and magnets, and much more, as well as perfect finishing of printed products.
The Integra system is available in 4 bed sizes: Integra 160 (48.5“ x 64“), Integra 200 (64” x 81”), Integra 250 (48.5” x 96”), and Integra (64” x 121”).
